An update for shipping of 1st and 2nd wave of orders

Hello Travelers!
Time for another update regarding the Witcher Hybrid Dice shipments. As for now we can say that 99% of first wave orders has been shipped. We are sorry it took a bit more time than perdicted but also very happy that we managed to do it regardless the general situation and problems we needed to face. We also wanted to express our gratitude for all the kind words we hear from you – it seems you love these dice as much as we do! Thank you so much!
That being said, we will start shipping the second wave orders next week. Please bear in mind it is also quite significant number of packages and it will take some time, so please be patient. You will receive your dice as soon as possible and we are sure their quality will make up for waiting.
One last thing. There are a few, around 1% of orders from the first wave that are still not shipped. It is mostly because of the incorrect address or orders that include customization. In most cases we've tried to reach you and already work on the problem, but if you suspect, that you might be among those and we haven't contacted you yet, please DM us here on Kickstarter.

An update right from our warehouse!

Hello Travelers!
It is time for an update from right from our warehouse where all the Witcher Hybrid Dice KS are shipped from.
We started the shipping in the middle of December and by now we managed to ship over a 1000 packages from the first wave of shipments, which means there are around 600 left to be sent. To give you a general idea about the process: it is by far our most complex Kickstarter Campaign, with hundreds of different products, customization options and basically each of you has a slightly different pledge. It all has to be manually collected and placed in the box. I hope you can imagine that it takes time a lot of time and effort.
We are also encountering problems with a „Bloodmoss” insert which material turned out to be the hardest to prepare and work with. That's why they take more time to be ready for shippment than all other types. At the moment we're doing what we can to work around it but wanted you to know that our quality control spends more time on them than others to ensure that everything is ok.
Also please remember few things about our shipments:
We are not shipping them out based on your order's number or country of residence. There are other factors we consider like number of add-ons you have chosen etc. We are really doing what we can to send it to you as soon as it is ready.
Our courier uses international hubs so it might happen that your package lands in a country that doesn't match your delivery address. Please wait patiently – it will come few days later :) If you are sure there was a mistake, please DM us here or use backerkit's support option.
We are very happy about the feedback we get from those of you that already received their packages. You can be sure we are doing everything we can to deliver the first wave as soon as possible. We will keep you updated with news about the shipping process.

Hello Travelers!
We promised you an update so here it is!
It's been a very busy and crazy time for the entire Q-Workshop team therefore we are even more happy and excited to announce that - as promised - we started shipping the Witcher Hybrid Dice!
That being said, some of you should already see status changes and receive tracking numbers for your shipments. But please be patient! We are working hard to ship as many packages as possible, but considering the fact that there are Christmas and New Year on the way, we estimate that we will keep shipping out the first wave till the second half of January 2022.
We will let you know how the whole process goes and hope you will enjoy your dice soon!

Hello Travelers
A short December update that you have been waiting for :-)
As for now we're starting to prepare our systems and your packages for shipment. This means that you might be getting weird and possibly often status updates. Please don't worry about them and wait for the one containing your shipment tracking number.
If there are no unexpected problems, we should start sending your packages within the first half of December. Fingers crossed!

Short production update

Hello travelers!
It's time for another production update from us.
In short words, everything goes according to the plan. We produce all dice and most of the accessories here in Poland and those productions are undergoing and on schedule.
There are few things (like some freebies and accessories) that we produce in cooperation with our external partners. These are also being produced at the moment. We are aware of some logistics problems that occur recently, especially when shipping from China, therefor we're closely monitoring the production schedule as well as shipping windows, and we will react instantly if something start looking worrisome.
To summarize, we're working hard to deliver you your orders within the scheduled time. We will keep you updated!
